  • Cancellations are permitted 28 days or more in advance of the Event date, at our discretion. No cancellations will be accepted within 28 days of the Event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for inappropriate or unsafe behaviour. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

• If an Event is cancelled, liability is limited to a refund of the ticket face value.
• We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.

• Sponsorship packages are agreed in writing and fees are non-refundable as promotional activity will commence immediately upon agreement, unless we agree otherwise at our discretion
